What Membership Includes

Practical benefits. Clearly explained.

The Comfort Club brings together maintenance and member benefits. Here’s what each benefit means, without making you sort through a sales pitch.

01

No trip charge

Member service visits come without a trip charge. We’ll explain any diagnostic or repair charges before work begins.

02

Diagnostic fee applied to repair

When you proceed with the repair, your diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair cost. It is not a second charge on top of that repair.

03

1-inch fiberglass filter included

A 1-inch fiberglass filter is included at every visit for compatible systems. Have a different filter setup? We’ll confirm the appropriate filter and any separate cost before the visit.

04

Yearly system health report

Photos and checklists give you a record of your system’s condition and help us follow findings over time—not just tell you that we stopped by.

05

Transferable within our service area

Moving nearby? Your membership can move with you within our service area. Contact us to review the new address and equipment.

06

15% off repair parts

Save 15% on repair parts. The discount is on parts—not the entire repair bill. Equipment replacement is excluded.

Clear details before you join. We’ll confirm your covered equipment, visit schedule, service scope, membership price, and terms before enrollment. Any work outside the included scope is explained and priced before you authorize it.

Your Yearly System Health Report

A record you can actually understand.

Your health report brings photos and checklists together so the condition of your equipment is easier to follow. We explain the findings, what deserves attention, and what can wait.

Technician reviewing service paperwork on a clipboard outdoors.
Document the visit. Service notes help keep the details together while they’re fresh.
Digital multimeter displaying a capacitance measurement beside outdoor HVAC equipment.
Explain the findings. Measurements are considered alongside the equipment and its operation—not used on their own to sell a repair.

These are original photos from our work, not a sample report for your home. A maintenance visit describes what can be checked at the time; it cannot guarantee that equipment will never fail.

The Generations Standard

Membership doesn’t change who’s in charge.

It’s still your home, your equipment, and your decision. The Club is a way to arrange care—not permission to sell you something at every visit.

01

Good news counts

If we find no additional work to recommend, we’ll say so. You don’t need to buy something extra for the visit to have value.

02

Questions are welcome

Want to see what we’re looking at? Ask. Prefer the main points? We’ll explain what you need to know without making it complicated.

03

You approve extra work

A recommendation is a conversation. We explain the finding, the available options, and the price before you decide.

Before You Join

Start with a conversation. Not a commitment.

Tell us what heating and cooling equipment you have and what you want from a maintenance plan. We’ll explain the membership so you can decide whether it fits.

Already having a problem? Tell us when you contact us. A system that isn’t working needs a diagnosis; a membership inquiry does not replace a repair appointment.

  1. Tell us about your home

Share your location, the equipment you have, and any concerns you’ve noticed. More than one system? Let us know.

  2. Review the details

We’ll go through covered equipment, visit frequency, included work, membership cost, and the terms for enrollment, renewal, cancellation, and transfer.

  3. Decide what works for you

Join after you understand the plan—or arrange an individual visit instead. Asking for information does not enroll you automatically.

Comfort Club Questions

Know what you’re signing up for.

Select a question to open its answer.

How many visits and systems does membership cover?

We’ll spell out the covered equipment, number of visits, and schedule in your membership details before you join. Tell us about every system you want covered rather than assuming one membership includes all the equipment in the home.

Does “no trip charge” mean every service call is free?

No. A trip charge, a diagnostic fee, and a repair charge are different things. Members have no trip charge, and the diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair when that repair goes ahead. We’ll explain the charges before work begins, including what applies if you decline a repair.

Does the 15% discount apply to the whole repair or a new system?

The benefit is 15% off repair parts, not 15% off the whole repair bill. Equipment replacement is excluded. Your estimate will explain the work and the applicable member discount.

Is any type of filter or cleaning included?

The included filter benefit is a 1-inch fiberglass filter for compatible systems—not every size or type of filter. We’ll confirm what your equipment requires. Removing a blower or coil for a deep cleaning is different from checking its condition; any additional work and cost are discussed before you approve it.

What happens if I move?

Your membership is transferable within our service area. Contact us with the new address so we can confirm the location, equipment, and transfer details before scheduling.

How do I get the membership price and terms?

Contact us about your heating and cooling equipment. We’ll explain the current membership price, covered systems, visit schedule, and written terms before you enroll. This page does not sign you up, take payment, or start a recurring charge.

Do I have to be a member to book service?

No. You can arrange an individual service visit without joining the Comfort Club. The membership is an option, not a condition for getting help.

Let’s see whether the Club fits your home.

Get the membership details, ask your questions, and decide without pressure. A real conversation is the next step.
