Contact Generations • Lombard & Nearby Suburbs

Tell us what’s going on. We’ll start by listening.

A repair, a maintenance visit, or a question about your next system. You don’t need to know the name of the failed part—or have a product picked out—before reaching out.

Repair FirstQuestions WelcomeNo Pressure

For an urgent heating or cooling problem, call to discuss availability. An online inquiry does not reserve an appointment.

Let’s Talk
630-996-1157

Tell us what you’re noticing. We’ll talk through the next step and any applicable charges before arranging work.

A Straightforward Start

A conversation first. A clear next step.

01

Tell us what you need

What changed, when you noticed it, and which town you’re in. “I’m not sure what’s wrong” is a perfectly good starting point.

02

We confirm the plan

We’ll discuss the appropriate visit, availability, and any applicable charges. Appointment timing is confirmed with you—not assumed from a request.

03

You know what comes next

We’ll explain what we’re arranging and what to expect. Additional work is discussed and priced before you authorize it.

Local Help. Room For Questions.

Start with your town and what you’re noticing.

Based in Lombard, we serve nearby western-suburban communities. Tell us where the equipment is located so we can confirm service coverage and availability.

AC or furnace repairs, maintenance, heat pumps, indoor comfort, installation planning, or Comfort Club questions—we’ll help you work out the next step.

Already a customer? Questions about a previous visit are welcome here, too. Mention the visit and what you need clarified.

Start an online request

Before you contact us

Does a request confirm my appointment?

No. It starts the conversation. We’ll review your request, discuss availability, and confirm a time with you. Do not assume a visit is booked until it has been confirmed.

Do I need a model number or a diagnosis?

No. Describe what you notice in your own words. A model number may help later, but you do not need to open equipment or work out the cause before contacting us.

Can I ask about a project without committing?

Yes. We’ll explain the next step and any charges before arranging work. Asking a question does not authorize a repair, enroll you in a membership, or commit you to buying equipment.

What should I do if the problem is urgent?

Call to discuss availability rather than waiting for an online reply. A gas smell or carbon monoxide alarm is different: leave the building and call 911 from a safe location, following the safety guidance above.

Online Service Request

Request service or ask a question.

Share your contact details, town, and what you’d like help with. We’ll discuss availability and the next step with you. A request is not a confirmed appointment.

Please do not include payment details, passwords, or door and alarm codes. Prefer to talk? Call 630-996-1157.
